Your email signature in Access Recruitment CRM may be too complex, have too many images, or images that are too large.

The following steps should help to resolve the issue:
Click My Actions
Click Profile
Click Mail tab
Replace the existing content of your email signature with something very simple
If the template now works as expected, start adding desired content to your email signature in small steps and re-test after each change
Once the addition that causes the error to appear is found, avoid using it in your email signature within the system
