How can I make AWR clocks take into account work that wasn't recorded in Access Recruitment CRM?

To get the AWR clocks set to the correct number of weeks - using the data from another system, you can add this via a placement and use an Event type Working through a 3rd party. See details below.

To have applicants AWR clock take into account working time complete before they were added to Access Recruitment CRM:

  1. Click Placements and then Contract Placements.

  2. Find the relevant placement.

  3. Click the Scheduling tab.

  4. Find the first applicable day in the diary and double-click it.

  5. Add diary Event Type of Working Through a 3rd Party and fill in the relevant details.

  6. Click Save.

For each week that the event is present, the AWR clock will increment by 1.
