Permanent job requesting shift entries for placement

Consultant is unable to create a placement due to the error: 'You must add at least one shift to this job before assigning an applicant' The job is a permanent job and therefore has no schedule with it.

Upon investigation, it seems that the job was almost certainly Temp or Contract when created, but then changed to a Perm.

Unfortunately that change didn't remove the record in ContractJobs which is what is triggering the system demanding shifts to be added.

We suggest you contact your Customer Support Manager who can plan how to resolve this with the support team for you.
