Unable to save Applicant records - Needs a sector

Trying to add new applicants to the system but am unable to save them but get an error message about needing a sector.

All Users (Consultants) have to be in at least 1 sector.

Check that you are allocated to a sector by:

  1. Click My Actions then click Profile.

  2. Click Sectors tab.

If none are shown there, get an system administrator to check if the user has been assigned to any sectors by:

  1. Click Options and then click Accounts.

  2. Click Users and find the user name.

  3. Click on the Details tab.

  4. Click the Edit Icon in the top right of the Sectors box.

  5. Assign the user to the sector(s) they need by ticking the relevant boxes.

  6. Click the Tick on the bottom right of the Sectors box to save these changes.

Get the user to refresh their web browser and recheck which sectors they are signed into as described earlier.
