Can not run an Access Screening background check

This article explains what to check if, when you start a new background check, a modal opens up to select which workflow to run but it does not run the workflow.

If you are experiencing issues when running the Access Screening background check, this can be caused because you have created a screening tag called Grade/Band. The system does not accept the slash (/) character.

Please rename the screening tag and try again.
