Details On The Standard Applicant Tabs
Person
| Contains personal details including name, contact details, address, along with the sector/s they have been assigned to and their current status, for example new or live. You can add/edit the details at any time. |
Details
| Contains current job details including their job title, notice period, job type. And Location sits in this section which contains the postcode from the applicant’s address (and note this field needs to be populated if you want to use the radius search function). You can add/edit the details at any time. |
Work History
| Contains the work history. If you have used the CV parser to add the applicant, the parser will attempt to fill in work history based on the CV content. You can add/edit work history details at any time. |
Attributes
| Contains the selected key words that show for example, the applicant’s job role, their skills and qualifications. You can add/edit the attributes at any time. |
Latest CV
| The most recent CV is displayed here showing the content. |
Notebook
| All communication history is shown here i.e. emails, SMS, phone call or general notes. |
Notes
| Contains any additional general applicant details. Note: This is not where you log phone call notes, they go into the Notebook area. You can add/edit the notes at any time. |
Review Lists
| Contains a list of the job’s the applicant has been reviewed for and shows their review status, for example, hold or reject or accept. You can edit the review list detail at any time. |
CVs
| Contains all the saved CVs on the applicant. You can add/edit/publish a CV ready for sending in this section. |
Scheduling
| Shows the applicant’s diary schedule. You can add/edit/delete events in the diary at any time. |
Stored Documents
| Contains the imported documents of the applicant for example their id, proof of address, qualifications or licences. If you have the permission, you can upload documents at any time. |
Placements
| Contains the placement history (by your company) of the applicant (by your company) which includes current and future placements. |
Additional Info
| Shows creation and updated details along with the person record id number. If the active job option is being used, then distance to the chosen job and its job number will be shown. Note with the active job option, this gets applied and updates across all applicants so not just applied to the one applicant you are viewing.

Applicant Actions
| Contains the history of all jobs the applicant has been submitted for and includes their final (or current) status in their application for the job. |
AWR
| This section is reliant on populated timesheets being created for the placed applicant and shows the number of AWR weeks worked for each of their placements. |
Compliance
| Contains the compliance check/s being applied to the applicant. This tab is part of the compliance check management function within Access Recruitment CRM. |
Consultants
| Contains the name of the consultant/s or group who have ownership of the applicant. |
Experience Summary
| This section is reliant on the CV parser being used to upload a CV for the applicant. During the parser process this experience section will get updated based on the parsed CV content. |
GDPR
| Shows the contact options and is where you can update them (via the date received field) to indicate consent to be contacted (and consent is where a valid date is present). This works in conjunction with the GDPR blocker feature which is managed by your Systems Administrator and is optional so may not be in use by your company. |
Diversity and Inclusion | Contains the applicant’s diversity and inclusion details, such as ethnicity and religion. Do note: this tab is permission based, ensuring the information is viewed and interacted with by authorised users only. |
Preferred/Excluded
| Contains the client/s the applicant has expressed a preference to work at or the clients they have been excluded from working at. You can add/edit the details at any time. |
Profile
| This is where you can type up a work experience and skills summary. The profile can be set to appear on the CV version that is sent to clients. And note: it is your Systems Administrator that manages what appears on the CV templates. You can add/edit the profile at any time. |
Projects
| Contains the project/s the applicant has been into a job with. The use of projects (which contains a collection of jobs and its placements) is optional so may not be a feature your company uses. |
Timesheets
| Contains the full history of timesheets created for the applicant (and includes their current placement). |
Please be aware that your company can create their own additional tabs with fields for you to populate on the applicant record. So you may see additional tabs alongside the standard tabs. Speak to your Systems Administrator or a colleague if you need an explanation of the additional tabs you can see on your Access Recruitment CRM.

Questions & Answers (Screening)
The Screening tab is from where the background check/s are run/re-run. It will show previously run checks and it’s via the + icon that a check is run.
The other three tabs show checked details from the Screening product. Once the check/s in Screening have been done and verified by a screening consultant, the appropriate details will update into the above tabs in Access Recruitment CRM.
Details in the View Menu
There are three items within the View menu that your company may need you to populate with an applicant’s details. |

Employment Detail | Contains the applicant’s worker/payment type, e.g. paye or ltd contractor. The selected type will determine which rate they are assigned on their placements, and if AWR is to be calculated. If a ltd contractor or umbrella worker, you can link the applicant to their ltd or umbrella company if that company has been added to Access Recruitment CRM as a client record. Other details in here include NI number, payroll number, ID type. You can add/edit the details at any time. |
Bank Details | Contains the banking details of the applicant. You can add/edit the details at any time. |
Mailshot Options | Contains the selected opt in/opt out for mailshot sending. If opted out, you will not be able to add the applicant into any mailshots. You can add/edit the details at any time. |
