This is not something that can be done unfortunately - the system is designed for text messaging and therefore there is no facility to re-direct the call.
Some candidates try to call that number to contact us and the number rings and then states 'we are sorry your call can not be completed at this time'. is there anyway that that line can be diverted to my office number or answering service?
