Dev Tools Trace
It is often prudent to get the web browser network logs from Chrome Dev Tools.
To open Dev tools in Chrome press: CTRL + SHIFT + I at the same time or press F12.
If it opens on the Right-hand side
Click the 3-dot menu
Choose Undock into separate window
Select: Network Tab.
Ensure you click preserve logs to ensure it maintains the logs between identity redirects.
Make sure you are recording (Check the status of the RED Record button) and run through your steps to record a DEV Tools Network Tab trace.
Once done, Press the RED Record button to stop recording.
Use the Down Arrow (Highlighted in yellow) to export information as a .HAR file.
Upload that .HAR file to the case.
Then click on the Console Tab.
Right click anywhere in the Output and select: Save As.
Upload the .log file onto the case.
Please note you can also do similar using the Microsoft Edge Browser. Just press F12 to load Dev Tools and follow same steps.
