This is a known bug but there is currently no timescale for when it will be fixed.
If you change one of the fields mentioned and the button becomes greyed out, simply search for the applicant/contact again in global search to fix it.
Changing an applicant/contacts profile (eg: change primary consultant to secondary consultant or change or add an address) the RTBF button greys out. You then need to search for the applicant/contact again in global search to fix it.
