CloudCall call type not displaying as expected

Even though a call is recorded as "Sales" call, the notebook type shows as "no outcome".

This is because you have your NOT_TYP_PHONE system coded notebook type changed to No Outcome for some reason

Please note all the CloudCall calls will be defaulted to NOT_TYP_PHONE notebook type and all the CloudCall SMSs will be defaulted to NOT_TYP_SMS notebook type.
