Users being logged out when trying to view a pop up window

This article explains why users will be logged out of Access Recruitment CRM when trying to view a pop up window in the system.

The behaviour that the users are experiencing is a result of accessing the application outside of Access Evo (formerly Workspace). Can you please advise the users to use the application from inside Access Evo and not as a standalone.

Just to make it clear they should be using the URL go.accessacloud.com and not a saved link from the desktop or a saved shortcut in the browser.
