Benefits of the dashboard

Communication is key to our customers, especially in the event of a high-impact incident or product downtime. Monitor the status of your products by using the status dashboard

The dashboard enables you to:

  • Register for product alerts for new events and updates created on the status dashboard, for example, high-priority incidents. You can register for alerts on the dashboard itself

  • Receive alerts and updates for planned scheduled maintenance work

  • Have a central view of current and historical events

  • Receive updates as we share any root cause and prevention measures


View the dashboard

Set your timezone

  • The Dashboard will show you a rolling 7 days of product performance and you will see different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the 7 day period

  • The detailed Service History can show all products in a group:

  • Or only those products that are not operating normally:

  • The dashboard also shows a calendar view by-product with different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the selected period.

  • Statuses include:

    • Service is operating normally

    • Performance issues

    • Service disruption

  • To view more information, click on the event.

  • Any planned maintenance events will be shown at the top of the dashboard.
