Adding a Job template

This article explains how to add a new Job template to the system and where to do it.

From the Navigation (Left Hand) Menu:

  1. Click Jobs and then click Job Templates.

  2. Click the New icon (New icon).

  3. Fill in the Required Details:

    • Job Title

    • Position (from lookup)

    • Grade (from lookup)

    • Employment Term (from drop down)

    • Sector (from drop down)

    • Published Job Category (optional)

    • Charge Unit (from drop down)

    • Currency (your default one will be pre-filled)

    • CV Keywords

  4. Click the Save icon (Save icon).

You can also add any Job Template Attributes by clicking the ✚ symbol in the Job Template Attributes section.
