Contrary to MS Word, the page borders and header/footer distances are absolute for all content contained within the header, footer and main text.
If you would like to have an image being displayed outside or over the page borders, please insert it as a fixed object behind (or in front) of the text
This is accomplished by using these settings on the image within Word before loading to the system :
