When running an applicant match search, you are searching based on the search criteria, as well as those applicants who are already on the review list of that job. Please ensure that you clear all applicants from the review list before running an applicant match search from the job. You can clear applicants from the job review list by doing the following:
Click Jobs and then select the job you want.
Click Review Lists tab.
Click Delete All (Dustbin icon
)
Read the warning message.
Click Yes if that is what you want to do.
Otherwise Click No.
