There is no Access Recruitment CRM limit to the number of recipients that can be included when sending mailshots, however mail providers do impose their own limits concerning the maximum number of emails or maximum number of email server authentications that are allowed in a given timeframe.

We would recommend that the number of recipients in one mailshot send is kept to the minimum necessary in order to avoid flooding the sending server, and filling the system eMail queue for your company and preventing other emails from being sent in a timely manner.
