You may have a limit applied by your email provider of how many emails you can send within a short space of time
Some common defaults are:
Google G Suite has a limit of 2000 email messages per day.
Google Gmail has a limit of 500 email messages per day.
Microsoft Office 365 has a limit of 10000 email messages per day.
Microsoft Office 365 has a limit of 500 recipients for a single email.
Microsoft Office 365 has a limit of 30 emails sent per minute.
Under normal operation Access Recruitment CRM shouldn't breach these limits, if you do get blocked because of breaching the limit per minute (your mail provider should be able to confirm this), please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article, and we will investigate further.
๐Note: Our mail queue will process 30 emails per user every 2 minutes and these will be handled in sequential order. This limit and timings were put in to work in synergy with Microsoft 365 and ensure that we do not impact the limit set of 30 messages per minute that side.
๐คTip: Access strongly recommend that you do not send more than 500 emails per mailshot and not to send multiple mailshots at the same time.
