Use the Access Digital Assistant
To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the steps below:
Log In to Access Recruitment CRM.
Click the Access Digital Assistant
icon in the top right of your screen.
Click Ask a question.
At the bottom of the window, type your question.
Your suggested answer displays.
The assistant searches the full knowledge base to return a suitable answer.
If the response was helpful, let the Access Digital Assistant know. If not, leave your feedback with the Access Digital Assistant, then select Talk to a person.
