Set up Broadbean

Setting up Broadbean in Access Recruitment CRM.

Create a Broadbean account

In order to get a Broadbean account set up you will need to contact Broadbean directly through 0800 169 6932. Once they set up all the accounts they will need to provide you with the following:

  • Client ID.

  • API key.

  • Secret Key.


Add details to Access Recruitment CRM

Once you have the above details you will need to go to :

  1. Log in to Access Recruitment CRM.

  2. Click Tools and then click Integrations.

  3. Click Broadbean tab.

  4. Enter the information in the relevant fields.


Map users to Broadbean accounts

You will now need to map the users to their Broadbean accounts. To do this :

  1. Click the โœš button on the Broadbean User Mapping section.

  2. Enter the Broadbean username and select the CRM user you wish to associate this account with.

๐Ÿค“ Tip: Use the Add Broadbean usernames for all active users if you have many to enter. This will create logins for all active Access Recruitment CRM consultants, but please note, this will use their email address as setup in Access Recruitment CRM, if their Broadbean accounts are set up with different email addresses the account will need setting up manually


Contact support

Finally, you need to contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article to get:

  • Your Recruitment CRM endpoint url which you'll need to pass back to Broadbean.

  • The Broadbean server tasks activated.
