This integration will allow the consultant to post jobs through Logic Melon, directly from the Access Recruitment CRM, view the responses and either accept or reject the candidates from Access Recruitment CRM.
In order to access the integration, you will need contact Logic Melon and ask for the following details from the Support Team:
Logic Melon Username (for logging into Logic Melon system)
Logic Melon Password (for logging into Logic Melon system)
API Key
Secret Key (Logic Melon: Organisation Password)
Once you have confirmation from Access that the Integration is set up and enabled please follow these steps:
In Access Recruitment CRM
Click Tools
Click Integrations
Click Logic Melon
Enter your API Key and Secret Key sent by Logic Melon into the relevant fields displayed (please ensure there are no trailing spaces that may count as part of the keys as this will mean the integration will not work correctly).
Select the enable tick box and save the record.
You will now need to associate your consultants Access Recruitment CRM user names with their Logic Melon user names
On the Logic Melon tab, under the User section, select the + button
Enter the Logic Melon user name and select the search icon in the field below, search for and select the user you wish to associate the record to
Use the Add Logic Melon Usernames for all active Users option if you have many to enter. This will create logins for all your active CRM consultants.
