Enable Idibu Integration

You can enable Idibu integration on Access Recruitment CRM.

Before you can use the integration with Idibu, it needs to be enabled. To enable the Idibu integration, please do the following:

  1. Click Tools then click Integrations.

  2. Click the Idibu tab.

  3. Fill in the information provided by Idibu for the ID and Secret.

  4. Click Show Webhook Credentials.

  5. Once logged in, Click Settings then click System settings.

  6. Click Webhooks.

  7. Click Add Webhook and enter the details shown in Access Recruitment CRM.

  8. Once the settings have been entered, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article to turn on the applicant processing functionality.

  9. You will then be notified when it is ready to use within three working days.

  10. Once the support department has confirmed the account is ready, tick Enabled on the Idibu tab within Access Recruitment CRM (to do this click the Edit Icon Edit icon

    next to the box, click within the box to select it, and then click the tick icon Tick (Save) icon to save the changes).

  11. The Idibu tab will then be visible on the Permanent and Contract Job forms.
