Only applicants with the status of Shortlist or Keep on File will be imported to Access Recruitment CRM.
If applicants are in this status and all credentials are entered under:
Click Tools and then click Integrations
Click Idibu tab
There may be an error within the Webhook/applicant it is trying to pull in.
Please get your Idibu administrator to check the Webhooks for errors, they can do this within Idibu by:
Click Settings and then click System Settings
Click Webhooks and then click Edit Webhook
Any errors should show in the Recent Deliveries Section
If there are no errors in the webhook, the Applicant is in the correct status and the details are correct on the Idibu settings tab, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article along with an example of a record that isn't syncing that you think should be.
