How to Set up Access SMS

This article is only relevant to new Access Recruitment CRM installs and not if you have migrated from Access RDB.

To obtain the Access SMS account details the user will need to contact their Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in order to purchase Access SMS and get the details needed to set it up. Once these details have been obtained the user will have to:

  1. Open Access Recruitment CRM.

  2. Click Options then click Manager.

  3. Click General followed by SMS Accounts.

  4. If the user wants to create a Global account or just a one user account, click New

    1. Select New or Global as required.

    2. Enter the information required.

    3. Click Save.

  5. If the user wants to edit an existing account, click Edit.

  6. Enter the information required.

  7. Click Save.
