Set up the Ringover Integration

he purpose of this article is to introduce you to Ringover and how to set up the integration with Access Recruitment CRM.

Ringover is a SaaS communications platform designed to simplify multichannel communication for businesses. This integration allows an Access Recruitment CRM user to make a call, send SMS messages as well as leverage video and chat features depending upon the package they have.
Details of the call or SMS sent are then captured and stored against the notebook records in Access Recruitment CRM.
History of these calls & SMS messages can be viewed from the Applicant's notebook.

⚠️ Important: You will need to have an account with Ringover for the integration to work. In order to get a Ringover account set up you will need to contact Ringover directly through +442038085555 or [email protected].

πŸ“Œ Please also note:

  • There is a one-off up-front setup fee that needs to be in place

  • There is also a monthly support charge

The above needs to be arranged with your Account Manager before proceeding

Once you have an account with Ringover, and the above charges are in place, you need to contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article to get:

  • Your Recruitment CRM endpoint url which you'll need to pass back to Ringover

  • The Ringover custom endpoint created and applied by ESS Services - handled by Access
