Ringover integration information

By integrating Ringover with Access Recruitment CRM, you can enhance communication workflows by automatically logging call and SMS activities while synchronizing key recruitment data.

Once activated, the integration allows you to:

  • Use click-to-call: initiate calls directly from Access Recruitment CRM

  • Log your call activities: Ringover call activities are automatically logged as notebook items in Access Recruitment CRM, along with notes, tags, call recording link and transcription link.

  • Log your SMS and WhatsApp messaging activities: as individual notebook items, or a grouped conversation under one item.

  • Synchronize your contacts with Ringover, including the following objects:

    • Applicants

    • Contacts

    • Clients

    • Persons

  • Benefit from Ringover transcriptions of your calls (recording must be enabled)

  • Benefit from summaries and next steps with AI (when Empower is activated)
