Text Searching in Access Recruitment CRM

This article provides more information about using the Text Search option in Access Recruitment CRM.

To use the search in Access Recruitment CRM, please do the following:

  1. Change the main Search toggle from Global to Text:

    Text search option
  2. Click the cog icon βš™ to the right of the search field.

  3. Tick the methods to use under Options:

    • Fuzzy Search

    • Phonic Search

    • Related

    • Stemming

    • User Thesaurus & Synonym

  4. Tick the appropriate record types to search in:

    • Applicant Profiles

    • Applicant Records

    • Client Records

    • Contact Records

    • CVs

    • Job Records

    • Notebook Item Documents

    • Notebook Items

    • Placement Records

  5. Tick the sectors to search within (please use your sectors):

    • engineering sector

    • IT Sector

    • Main Sector

  6. Enter the phrase to search for in the main Search field.

  7. Click the search magnifying glass πŸ” to run the search.
