New user - Access Recruitment CRM access issue

To enable a new user to login to Access Recruitment CRM you need to set them up in Access Evo (formerly Workspace).

⚠️ Important: In order for a new user to access Access Recruitment CRM, they need to be set up in the member's area within Access Evo.

To create a new account for a new Access Recruitment CRM user an Access Evo user with Administration rights will have to:

  1. Go to Access Evo

  2. Click on the members tab (2 person tab

    )

  3. Click +Invite

Once the user accepts the invitation you will need to set their role in Access Evo.

  1. Go to Access Evo

  2. Click on the members tab (2 person tab

    )

  3. Click the Three dots on the top right of the members card

  4. Click Manage Roles

  5. Next to Recruitment CRM change the list entry to User

  6. Click Save Changes

If the user is still unable to see Access Recruitment CRM, then if the user logs out and back in again the role should apply correctly or if that doesn't work removing and then re-adding the role will do it
