Basic troubleshooting
The two most common solutions are as follows:
Ensure you're using the correct URL.
Refresh your internet browser.
Close and re-open
To close and re-open the Access Recruitment CRM tab within Access Evo, follow the steps below:
On the Access Recruitment CRM tab, click the three-dot menu.
Click Close.
Click Access Button

Select Recruitment CRM.
Cache and cookies
Sometimes you can have old data stored in your browser which gets in the way - to resolve this, follow the steps below:
Clear cache and cookies:
Each browser has different steps, you need to follow the steps for the browser you're using.
Select to clear for all time.
Click your username in the top right-hand corner.
Click Sign Out.
Sign back in as usual.
