New users
To create a new account for a new Access Recruitment CRM user, an Access Evo administrator needs to create a new user in Access Evo. Once the user accepts their signup email, you can set their Recruitment CRM role within Access Evo .

Add product roles to users in Access Evo
You can add the Recruitment CRM role to new or existing users within Access Evo following the steps below:

βTip: You can also amend user roles in the same way.
In Access Evo, click the members
icon.
Search for the user, then click the three-dot menu on their card.
Click Manage Roles.
Next to Recruitment CRM, from the list, select User.
Click Save Changes.
π Note: If the user can't see Access Recruitment CRM, ask them to log out and back in. You may need to remove and re-add the role to the user.
Disable a user
To stop a user accessing the Access Recruitment CRM system, change their role in Access Evo following the steps below:
In Access Evo, click the members
icon.
Search for the user, then click the three-dot menu on their card.
Click Manage Roles.
Next to Recruitment CRM, from the list, select No Access.
Click Save Changes.
