Not Able To Access Recruitment CRM - Access Denied

What to do if a new user is not able to get onto the Recruitment CRM and gets the error: Message "Access denied - Signing in to this application requires an active Access Workspace account. Please speak to your security administrator."

The following conditions must be met in order to avoid this error message:

  1. The user will need to have been invited to Access Evo by your Access Evo Administrator

  2. This person will be one of your existing users and will also be assigned to the Recruitment CRM application.

πŸ“Œ Note: The user will need to log in to Access Evo using the email address associated with their Access Evo account.
