Please make sure you or your IT/eMail provider have completed the Office 365 configuration steps. If so, then carry out the Access Recruitment CRM configuration settings described below:
Check system settings
If you haven't previously configured Office 365 with Modern Authentication for RCRM, ensure that the Internal Domain has been configured:
Login to Access Recruitment CRM as an administrator.
Navigate to Options, System Settings and then System Owner.
If your Office 365 Email Domain is not in the list of Internal Domains:
Click Add.
Enter your Domain Name without the @ symbol.
Configure Office 365 integration
Complete the following steps when you're configuring a new Office 365 Tenancy. This is a system-level configuration and you only need to do it once, unless Client Secrets are re-generated in Office 365.
β
π Note: You use the same configuration for Sending Emails and Exchange Sync.
β
Login to Access Recruitment CRM as an administrator.
Click Tools, then click Integrations.
Click the Office 365 tab. If this isn't visible, select it from the More drop-down.
Enter the following values, that you noted from the Office 365 Setup instructions:
Enabled: ensure this is selected.
Applicant (client) Id: Copy from Office 365 Client.
Directory (tenant) Id: Copy from Office 365 Client.
Client Secret Value: Copy from Office 365 Client.
π Note: If your client secret expires, then a new one can be added in the Azure portal, noting the new Client Secret value and then updating this value in Access Recruitment CRM.
β
Ideally, you should generate new security before the old one expires, to avoid any interruption in email sending and/or sync. In this case, you can go back to the Azure portal, and inside Certificates & Secrets, regenerate the Client Secret.
Navigate to the Azure Portal.
Click View Active Directory.
Click App Registrations.
Select the App Registration created in the steps above for Access Recruitment CRM.
Click Client Certificates & secrets.
Click New client secret.
Select a new Description.
Set an Expiry date (suggest 24 months).
Copy the Client Secret Value.
In Access Recruitment CRM, update the Client Secret value.
