If your eMails have stopped sending, this could be because your Client Secret has expired.
Renew the Client Secret Value in Azure
Log into the Azure Portal with an administrator account.
In Azure Active Directory, click View.
Click App Registrations in the left-hand menu.
Select the App Registration created for ARCRM .
Click Client Certificates & Secrets then click New Client Secret.
Select a new Description and Expiry date (we recommend setting it to the maximum allowed of 24 months).
Copy the Client Secret Value.
Make a note of the expiry date and diarise this so you can make sure to create a new one and avoid disruption of email sending for your business.
📌 Note: This will not be visible again if you return to this screen, so it’s important to make a note now (if you don’t you will just have to delete the existing client secret and add a new one).
Apply the Renewed Client Secret Value to ARCRM
Login to Access Recruitment CRM as an administrator.
Click Tools, then click Integrations.
Click the Office 365 tab. If this isn't visible, select it from the More drop-down.
Enter the following values, that you noted from the Office 365 Setup instructions:
Enabled: ensure this is selected.
Applicant (client) Id: Copy from Office 365 Client.
Directory (tenant) Id: Copy from Office 365 Client.
Client Secret Value: Copy from Office 365 Client.
📌 Note: If your client secret expires, then a new one can be added in the Azure portal, noting the new Client Secret value and then updating this value in Access Recruitment CRM.
Ideally, you should generate new security before the old one expires, to avoid any interruption in email sending and/or sync. In this case, you can go back to the Azure portal, and inside Certificates & Secrets, regenerate the Client Secret.
