Here are the necessary configuration steps for you to allow the following features in Access Recruitment CRM to work with Microsoft Office 365 using Modern Authentication:

  • Sending emails

  • Exchange Sync

Note: Many of the steps detailed below and in the linked articles will need to be completed by your IT/eMail provider.

You can use these features independently in Access Recruitment CRM, but they do share the same configuration in Office 365.
