Provide impersonation of an Access Recruitment CRM account

Instructions on how to provide access to my Access Evo (formerly Access Workspace) account to someone else.

You can only provide impersonation to someone who also has a Access Evo account. In order to provide impersonation:

  1. From Access Evo or Access Recruitment CRM, click on your name at the top right

  2. Click My Account and then click Impersonations

  3. Set the Impersonation is enabled switch to On

  4. Enter the email address of the Access Support Analyst who has requested impersonation or the person you would like to provide impersonation to and set Expires after to 7-days

  5. Click Add

The impersonator will receive an eMail advising that they now have impersonation on your account.
