Enabling Idibu Integration

You can enable Idibu integration on Access Recruitment CRM

To enable the Idibu integration, please do the following:

  1. Click Tools then click Integrations

  2. Click the Idibu tab

  3. Fill in the information provided by Idibu for the ID and Secret

  4. Click Show Webhook Credentials

  5. Click here to open Idibu's login page

  6. Once logged in, Click Settings then click System settings

  7. Click Webhooks

  8. Click Add Webhook and enter the details shown in Access Recruitment CRM

  9. Once the settings have been entered, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article to turn on the applicant processing functionality

  10. You will then be notified when it is ready to use within three working days

  11. Once the support department has confirmed the account is ready, tick Enabled on the Idibu tab within Access Recruitment CRM (to do this click the Edit Icon next to the box, click within the box to check it, and then click the tick icon to save the changes)

  12. The Idibu tab will then be visible on the Permanent and Contract Job forms
