The Pay and Bill integration functionality can allow users to export timesheets with a period end date ahead of the current day.
⚠️ Important: This facility has been designed to allow timesheets to be exported before the period end date to support short payroll weeks over bank holidays - this should not be used in normal payroll processing.
To set the number of days in advance of the current day that the export process will consider in addition to the date range specified by the user:
Click Finance & Payroll and then click Access Pay and Bill
Click the Settings tab
Enter the number of days in No. of days for future dated Timesheets
When exporting, the system will warn the user if a number other than zero has been set in this field, so that they are aware the process may export future timesheets.
