Export Timesheets to Pay and Bill

⚠️ Important: Timesheets must meet specific criteria before they can be exported. Use this guide to review each condition and confirm why certain timesheets may not be exporting correctly.

Check Timesheet Export Conditions

To be exported through a standard Pay and Bill integration, each timesheet must satisfy all of the following criteria:

  1. Marked as Ready for Billing.
Ensure the timesheet status is set to Ready for Billing in your system. Draft or Pending timesheets cannot be exported.

  2. Not Already Exported.
Verify that the timesheet has not been exported previously. Duplicate exports are automatically prevented.

  3. Contains Valid Hours or Expenses.
Timesheets must include at least one line for hours worked or expenses claimed. Blank timesheets will be ignored during export.

  4. Period Ending Date.
The Period Ending date must be on or before the current date. Future-dated timesheets are excluded from export runs.

  5. Linked to an Eligible Placement.
Confirm that the timesheet’s related placement belongs to one of the selected sectors configured for export in your integration settings.

📌 Note: If a timesheet does not meet all five criteria, it will not be included in the Pay and Bill export file.
