Temp placements to Pay and Bill won't export, all criteria is met, no validation errors

This article explains what to do if a placement is not exporting from Datahub to WHA / Web Holding Area / Pay and Bill, and there are no validation errors showing.

If you can't export temp placements, please check that the settings in your Pay and Bill validation or export screen are appropriate, for example, the date range and sectors selected, and that the placement itself meets any known criteria required for it to qualify for export.

If the placement still doesn't export, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article.

Please also provide the following information:

  • The placement ID number.

  • The Pay and Bill validation or export screen settings.
