'Sorry Unexpected Error Has Occurred' when trying to open Contacts picklist

This could be due to a circular reference where a Client is a child and a parent to itself with the organisational chart.

Please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article so that our technical support team can check for and remove these for you
