Broadbean flagging actions

This article provides information about how the Broadbean system utilises different coloured flags that can be attached to candidate records for different actions.

The various actions associated with the Broadbean flags are:

  • Red flag: Nothing will be done with this applicant

  • Amber flag: if the applicant doesn't exist on the database, add them to Access Recruitment CRM but do not add them to the review list

  • Green Flag: if the applicant doesn't exist on the database, add them to Access Recruitment CRM and also add them to the review list. if they already exist in the database, then just add them to the review list.

πŸ“Œ Note: In order for the applicants to be inserted into Access Recruitment CRM, the applicant needs to be flagged from inside Access Recruitment CRM in the Broadbean integration screen for the relevant job and not on the Broadbean application.
