How to track new contacts put onto the system

This article explains how to track new contacts put onto Access Recruitment CRM i.e. to find a list of contacts recently added to the system.

To find all contacts added to the system since a specific date, you can do the following:

  1. Click Search and then click Contacts

  2. Click New and then click Add a Criteria Item

  3. Choose Column from the drop down list

  4. Find the Created On column and select it ( ensure you choose the one for table ClientContacts)

  5. Click Select and change the Operator to show Greater Than

  6. Select the Date

  7. Click Run Search

Your results will be returned in a new window.
