Applicant with valid Post code not found in radius search

In this article, we explain why centre location radius search isn't working when you use a valid postcode.

Please note that:

  • This search will only work for valid full post codes.

  • You need to use a post code rather than a post code area when doing the search

  • Make sure the post code is still in use.

Please make sure that:

  • the location is populated on the Applicant details tab

    • if not, against the appropriate address, click on the three dot menu and update location from address

  • there are valid grid references (latitude and longitude) for the post code in the location table

  • there is a Description filled in on the location table

When adding or amending post codes in the Access Recruitment CRM Location table, make sure to click the Lookup button (next to the Post Code). This adds the postcode to the table and auto-populates the fields:

  • Location Description

  • Latitude

  • Longitude

  • Easting (if available)

  • Northing (if available)
