Location not showing for Applicant

This article explains what to do if an applicant has a valid post code but the location is not showing.

Please make sure that:

  • the location is populated on the Applicant details tab

    • if not, against the appropriate address, click on the three dot menu and update location from address

  • there are valid grid references (latitude and longitude) for the post code in the location table

  • there is a Description filled in on the location table
