Consultant not showing on KPI report app

This article explains what to do if some of your consultants are not showing in the KPI report app available on the Access Evo (Workspace) dashboard.

For a consultant to be listed in the KPI report, they need to have targets set on at least one KPI Report (even if the targets are zero).

  1. Click the 3-dot menu (⠇) on the KPI app

  2. Click Edit Targets

  3. Select the KPI Report from the drop down

  4. Next to a user’s name, click into any period and add a value

  5. Targets must be set on each report for each user if you want that data shown in the app

  6. Once targets are set click Save Changes

  7. As stated within the app, changes are not reflected immediately and will update every 10 minutes.

📌Custom date range on the KPI app will only show data added after the users KPI targets are set. Custom range will not show all data within the range if the KPI targets were added after the from date chosen
