Set up the KPI report(s)
In order to set up the KPI report(s) you will need to:
Log onto Access Evo
Select an existing workspace or add a new one
On the right side click β Add App
Search and select the RCRM KPI app
Click Close
On the app, click Add a KPI report
Select the display type e.g. Targets Grid - Actual
Scroll through the list of reports:
Applicants Created
CV's Sent On Spec
CV's Sent Per Vacancy
CV's Sent To Interviews
CV's Sent To Jobs
Interviews Booked
Interviews To Placements
Mailshot Email
Mailshot SMS
New Jobs Created
Notebook Type: A large list
Placement Fees
Placements Created
Total CV's Sent
Weekly Margin
Tick the reports the user wants to see in the Report
Click Done
Select Group or User depending on how you want the report to be arranged
Select the users/groups that need to be visible on the report and click Done
Set targets
On the Access Recruitment CRM KPI report click the 3 dots β
Click Edit Targets
Click the Dropdown and select the Notebook type the user wants to set targets for
Set at least one Daily / weekly / monthly or yearly target for the users that need to appear in the Report
Click Save Changes
The above steps will need to be repeated for each notebook type.
π Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for the figures to appear once the targets have been set.
Adding Additional Notebook types
If you wish to add additional notebook types to the KPI report you will first need to create them in Access Recruitment CRM. To do so:
Click Options and then click Manager
Click Documents and then click Notebook Types and Templates
Click New
Fill in the information and click Save
π Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for a new notebook type to appear as an option in the Report.
π€ Tip: In order for users to appear on the KPI report, targets will need to have been set.
