If you already have the ability to create reports:

Click Reports and then click ✚ New.

Add Filters: Count of Placements AND Created User.

1. Click Reports and then click ✚ New.
2. Select Entity: Placement.
3. Add Filters: Count of Placements AND Created User.
4. Click Run Report.
