Create a Placement

This article explains how to create a new contract or permanent placement.

Placements are normally created from a job, from the Jobs Workflow, via scheduling or applicant actions. If you have to create a new placement manually, proceed as follows:

In the navigation pane, click Placements and then select either Contract or Permanent.

  1. Click the New button icon.

  2. The following fields are mandatory:

    1. Description.

    2. Client.

    3. Candidates.

    4. Placement Type.

    5. Sector.

    6. Start Date (Contract).

  3. Then click the Save button icon to save the new record.

You can also add the following fields:

  • Job.

  • Position Attribute.

  • End Date.

  • and other information.
