4.94 - CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENTS

What’s new?

This release we have added a new Sector filter to the Timesheets form under Placements, providing enhanced control over timesheet visibility and management. This feature enables users to quickly filter and focus on timesheet entries relevant to specific sectors, improving efficiency when working with large volumes of timesheet data. Combined with our new tagging capabilities directly from Placements, these enhancements provide a more streamlined approach to managing and organising placement-related data. Areas of work include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to tag records from placements

  • Filter on Sector on Timesheets Form


4.94 - MERGE SUITE

What’s new?

In this release, we have added a new Merge Suite functionality that allows the users to merge Applicants By ID, By Duplicate Records and Clients By Duplicate Records. It is designed to enable customers to safely and efficiently consolidate duplicate or related client and applicant records through a structured wizard. This tool empowers users with the correct permissions to manage their data with greater ease.

4.94 - JOB WORKFLOW UPDATES

What’s new?

This release advances the Jobs workflow with four key enhancements addressing critical consultant and administrator needs. The refinement to contract rate management now provides clearer guidance when changing rates on jobs with shift-level pricing applied, preventing errors and ensuring accurate billing. Notice periods can now be captured directly on contract jobs, improving compliance tracking and candidate communication around assignment endings. Address type functionality has been added to job details, enabling more precise location specifications for roles with flexible or multiple work locations. Additionally, multi-fill state capabilities support more sophisticated management of jobs requiring multiple placements, streamlining bulk recruitment workflows. These improvements respond directly to customer feedback, reducing time pressures during job creation and management whilst supporting the Access Recruitment CRM North Star Metric of jobs successfully filled by enabling consultants to capture more accurate job requirements and manage complex placement scenarios more effectively.

4.94 - REVIEW LIST UPDATES

What’s new?

This release enhances the CV Hits functionality within the Job Review List, making it easier to identify the most relevant applicants when performing applicant searches. When you run an Applicant Match search with CV keyword terms, Access Recruitment CRM now automatically recalculates the CV Hits column for all applicants in your Review List based on your search criteria, ensuring match scores remain current and accurate. This applies whether you're adding applicants directly to the Review List or reviewing results first before adding them. The Hits column intelligently updates to reflect which applicants best match your search terms, helping you quickly identify the strongest applicants for each role. This improvement streamlines the applicant selection process for recruitment consultants and team leaders, reducing manual effort whilst ensuring you're always working with the most relevant applicant matching data for successful placements.

4.94 - DOCUMENTATION UPDATES

What’s new?

This release continues the ongoing enhancement programme for Access Recruitment CRM's documentation capabilities with two significant improvements. Users can now download one or more stored documents simultaneously, significantly reducing time pressures when preparing candidate submissions or documentation packages. The enhancement to stored document emailing introduces intelligent contact filtering, ensuring only contacts associated with the specific client are available for selection, preventing communication errors. These improvements respond directly to customer feedback, ensuring that vital recruiter workflows of logging notes, managing professional communication and packaging candidate CVs can be completed more efficiently and accurately within the Access Recruitment CRM.

4.94 - NOTEBOOK UPDATES

What’s new?

This release continues the ongoing enhancement programme for Access Recruitment CRM's communication and documentation capabilities with two significant improvements. The introduction of hover over notebook comments enables team members to collaborate directly on notebook entries without having to fully open the notebook record, fostering better knowledge sharing and improving communication visibility. Small enhancements to notebook types and templates support admin users when creating notebook template content, ensuring consistency in professional correspondence. These improvements respond directly to customer feedback, ensuring that vital recruiter workflows of logging notes, managing professional communication within the Access Recruitment CRM.

4.94 - PLACEMENT & AVAILABILITY MANAGER UPDATES

What’s new?

This release transforms the Placement and Availability Managers with several key enhancements addressing visibility, data transparency and operational efficiency. Both managers introduce improved data loading behaviour, greying out pages to prevent additional requests whilst retrieving data, with progress indicators that clear once complete—mirroring Scheduling 2.0's user experience. Financial transparency is enhanced through Job Grade, Contract Rate Description and Approximate Weekly Margin fields in Placement Manager, enabling quick profitability assessment. Bulk unset capabilities for the Ready for Billing flag streamline timesheet management and reduce payroll processing overhead.

4.94 - smartAI API UPDATES

What’s new?

This release strengthens the integration between Access Recruitment CRM and smartAI through enhanced API capabilities that support more sophisticated candidate filtering and data access. These API improvements enable smartAI's automation platform to execute more precise targeting and personalised communication workflows, directly addressing consultant pain points around time pressures and the need to manage applicant interactions quickly and efficiently. By providing smartAI with richer candidate data and advanced filtering capabilities, consultants can leverage increased automation for follow-up communications, placement confirmations and candidate engagement activities. This enhancement advances the Access Recruitment CRM RECOS suite by empowering recruitment agencies of all sizes to streamline operations, improve data capture accuracy and deliver more personalised experiences to candidates and clients. The strengthened integration reduces manual workload, saves time and costs, whilst creating a robust platform that safeguards existing revenue and unlocks new opportunities through innovative automation capabilities.
