4.93 – CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENTS

What’s new?

This release delivers a comprehensive programme of continual improvements addressing key points around user experience, data visibility and system performance. Notable enhancements include advanced notebook content searching, automated notebook item creation for removed shifts and Subject Access Requests, enhanced filtering capabilities with multiple conditions per column, and improved mailshot configuration options. Additional refinements span timesheet configuration with day column visibility, age calculation display alongside date of birth, work history notes tab functionality, client currency visibility on billing, and last updated timestamps on applicant records. The release also resolves Broadbean trailing space issues, provides greater detail when adding existing contacts to clients, and includes the rebranding of AI CV Matching to Sourcing Coach. These improvements collectively reduce user frustration, demonstrate responsive action on feedback and strengthen customer confidence in the platform's ongoing development. Areas of work include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to use more than one filter condition for a column in table view

4.93 – BUSINESS GROWTH

What’s new?

This release delivers two targeted enhancements to the Access Recruitment CRM Business Growth functionality designed to streamline lead management and client relationship development. Consultants can now access a Key Decision Maker sub-list directly from the Business Growth tab card, enabling faster identification of critical contacts during the sales process. Additionally, both Status and Sales Pipeline Status fields have been integrated into the Client Quick View, providing immediate visibility of pipeline progression without navigating away from the client record. These improvements support recruitment consultants, team leaders and managers in efficiently managing their sales pipeline, nurturing leads and maximising conversion opportunities whilst maintaining strong client relationships.

4.93 – SEARCH UPDATES

What’s new?

This release advances the ongoing search capability enhancement programme with three targeted improvements addressing key consultant workflows. The addition of a CV Hits column on the Applicant form provides immediate visibility of search relevance and matching strength, enabling consultants to quickly assess candidate suitability. Complementing this, both Contract and Permanent job search results are now displayed directly on the main form, eliminating the need to navigate between screens and significantly accelerating the job matching process from applicant records. These enhancements respond directly to customer feedback around time pressures and the ability to take quick actions on search results, whilst laying further groundwork for the comprehensive searching UX overhaul planned for future releases. By streamlining access to critical matching data, these improvements enable consultants and team leaders to work more efficiently and make faster, more informed placement decisions.

4.93 – REVIEW LIST UPDATES

What’s new?

This release delivers key enhancements to the Review List, addressing critical consultant workflows for both permanent and contract recruitment. The introduction of dedicated Auto Match Contract Jobs and Auto Match Permanent Jobs options provides targeted matching by employment type, with flexible Review List management through intelligent add and overwrite capabilities that preserve reviewed jobs. The addition of Notes and Notebook tabs directly within the Review List enables consultants to capture and track activity without navigating away from their shortlisting workflow, improving efficiency during candidate assessment and interview arrangement. These improvements respond directly to customer feedback around time pressures and the need to efficiently track applicant progress from shortlisting through to interview and placement. By consolidating essential information and activity tracking within the Review List interface, this release enables consultants, resource consultants and team leaders to manage and report their placement pipelines more effectively, supporting the Access Recruitment CRM North Star Metric of jobs successfully filled across temp, contract and permanent recruitment workflows.

4.93 – CONTACT JOB AND PLACEMENT TAB CARDS

What’s new?

This release introduces two new tab cards within the Contact record, specifically designed to address customer feedback around workflow efficiency. The Jobs tab card provides consultants with immediate visibility of all job-related activity for a contact, whilst the Placements tab card offers a comprehensive view of placement history and current placements. These enhancements eliminate the need to navigate between multiple screens, enabling consultants, resource consultants, compliance users, team leaders and payroll users to quickly access critical information, amend records, add notes and track communications. By consolidating job and placement data into dedicated, easily accessible tab cards, this release directly responds to time pressure pain points and supports more efficient contact management across the recruitment lifecycle.

4.93 – SCHEDULING 2.0

What’s new?

This release continues the evolution of Scheduling 2.0 with four key enhancements responding to customer and internal stakeholder feedback. The addition of Client File As functionality improves client organisation and searchability within the scheduler interface, whilst new tagging and saved tag file options enable consultants to efficiently categorise and action candidates in bulk. Critically, the Adjust Placement Shift Times wizard now includes an option to remove old shifts, providing greater flexibility when managing shift changes and extensions. These refinements build upon Scheduling 2.0's position as a best-of-breed solution for high-volume temp recruitment, enabling consultants and resource teams to fill shifts more quickly, manage placement adjustments seamlessly, and maintain comprehensive audit trails - all from a single, productivity-focused interface.

4.93 – ONBOARDED – CLIENT FLOW

What’s new?

This release marks a significant milestone in the Access Recruitment CRM RECOS suite by embedding Onboarded's Client Onboarding flow directly within Client and Contact records through an integrated iframe. Consultants, resource consultants and compliance users can now access Onboarded's automated client onboarding capabilities without leaving the Access Recruitment CRM environment, enabling faster processing of compliance checks, due diligence documentation and client verification requirements. This seamless integration addresses critical pain points around time pressures, volume of checks and ensuring clients meet regulatory standards before engaging with candidates.
