Key Decision Makers Sub-List
Navigation:
Click Clients then click Business Growth Tab
You can now track and manage key decision makers directly within the Business Growth tab, giving you quick access to the people who matter most for your client relationships.
Key Features:
Quick Access to Decision Makers: A new "Key Decision Makers" sub-list appears above the existing "Key Competitors" section, displaying essential contact information at a glance.
Comprehensive Contact Details: View first name, surname, job title, contact position, primary email address, and primary phone number all in one place.
Easy Addition: Click the "+" button to select contacts. The system intelligently includes contacts from the client's organisational structure when available.
Duplicate Prevention: The system automatically prevents adding the same decision maker twice, with a helpful notification if you attempt to select an existing contact.
Flexible Column Management: Use the settings cog to customize which columns you see. Default fields include contact name, job title, position, email, and phone number, with optional fields like "Has Left," "Created By," and "Created On."
Simple Deletion: Remove decision makers using the three-dot menu with a confirmation prompt to prevent accidental deletions.
Smart Automation:
When you delete a contact from your system, they're automatically removed from all Key Decision Makers lists, keeping your data clean and up-to-date.
Enhanced Client Quick View
Navigation:
Click Jobs then click Contract Jobs or Perm Jobs.
Select the job.
Click Details Tab and then click the Quick View (
) button.
Click Client from the drop down.
The Client Quick View (Card View) now displays additional critical information, reducing the need to navigate away from your current screen.
New Information Displayed:
Client Status: Instantly see the current status of any client without opening the full record.
Sales Pipeline Stage: View where each client sits in your sales pipeline (available when Business Growth features are enabled).
Layout:
These new fields appear below the email address and office phone number in the Quick View (Card View) header, providing a complete snapshot of each client's essential details.
Getting Started
Both features are now available in your system if Business Growth feature toggle is enabled:
Key Decision Makers: navigate to any Client record and select the Business Growth tab to start adding your key decision makers.
Enhanced Quick View: Simply click any client hyperlink from a Job record to see the additional status and pipeline information.
